Beautiful Madagascar Super Gemmy High Grade Heart Cabochon Pendant. This Cabochon was cut by lapidary artist Paul Rose allowing a stunning druzy center. Dole Designs then created an amazing fine silver setting with a back heart opening to allow for the druzy center to remain open. This is a high grade stone and one of a kind pendant.
