Refund Policy on Supplies: Full refund within 15 days if returned in the condition it was received and postmarked with in the 15 day period of receipt. Buyer pays return shipping
Return Policy on Jewelry: We will refund an item within 45 days of purchase as long as it is in the same condition as when first purchased, or if it was defective. See below for our repair policy after the 45 day refund period.
*Note: We are not liable for any injury as a result of our products. Our products are not suitable for children. Please inspect each piece and contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We have set these policies in place to ensure the best quality and designs are received by our customers.
If for any reason one of our designs needs to be repaired after normal wear and tear (don't roll over it with your car) we will repair at no additional charge for the first 6 months and discuss actual repair cost after that.
As a courtesy to our customers we will clean your jewelry purchased from us at no cost other than shipping to us. Return shipping charges will apply outside of the United States.
